persons $25 each including children that are ambulatory.

• Credit card deposit for 50% of total reservation required.
• 2 night minimum stay on holiday and special event weekends. 3 night minimum during Floydfest.

No smoking inside please. Careful and considerate smoking outdoors only.
Children:
Supervised please. If you need childcare during your visit please let us
know in advance so arrangements can be made.
Pets:
We are animal lovers! We want to make every effort to accommodate your pet. Fee is $25 for one per stay. Each additional pet is $10 per stay. We've had many guests with pets stay with no problems at all but, sadly, because of a few persistent problems, we've had to make some strict changes to our pet policy: Unfortunately we can no longer accept cats as we've found that a significant number of people suffer from severe allergeric reaction to them. Pets are required to be on leash AT ALL TIMES when outside and are NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED in the accommodation or tied up outside. If your pet is left unattended without notice there will be a $10/hr. fee (sorry - we've had big problems with this!) At the time of reservation we will authorize a charge on your credit card for $100 against pet damage and excessive cleaning needed that will be assessed at time of check-out.
Cancellations:
14 days prior to stay for a full refund minus $15 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date will be charged
full amount unless the room can be re-booked for the reserved time.
No-shows charged at full amount.
In the event that we hold a deposit for a future time due to a cancellation it must be used within one year of your original reservation, after which time your deposit will be forfieted.
Additional Fees:
We work hard to create clean and comfortable accommodations and surroundings for all our guests to enjoy. We ask that you respect our time and effort to do so. If you use the kitchen to cook please clean up afterward. Any overly excessive cleaning needed in the accommodation beyond normal will be charged a $40 fee. Any damage to or destruction of property will be charged a replacement fee to cover the cost.
All policies go into effect once a reservation has been made.
